These classes are ideal for seniors or those with difficulty getting down and up off the floor
Restorative Yoga

The focus of the practice is to restore the central nervous system and the internal systems of the body.Restorative Yoga is a soothing and nuturing practice that promotes the effects of conscious relaxation and is very complementary to an active Yoga practice or fitness program. It provides a supportive practice for those seeking peace and calm to promote wellness and happiness. Restorative Yoga involves passive supine, prone or seated postures using bolsters, blocks, straps and blankets to support the body for longer comfortable holds. These methods are also incorporated into the other classes.
