Yoga with Danielle
I began practicing mindful yoga with a Kripalu teacher in 2002. In 2009 I became a Hatha Yoga teacher in hopes of bringing the many benefits of Yoga to my clients and community. Although I have retired from a long successful practice of Massage Therapy I still have that background of knowledge and education in health science.
In Addition to over 2000 hours of teaching experience I have completed extensive training.
In 2022 I completed 500 hour YTT in the Sri Vidya tradition through the Himalayan Institute .
Other trainings I have completed are;
Seniors yoga teacher in training 2011, Restorative yoga teacher training 2012,
Yoga Therapy training in 2015 and 2017 as well as a prenatal Yoga workshop in 2015.
I have found Yoga to be very helpful in rehabilitating my own injuries and chronic pain and the meditation and restorative component brings balance to the nervous system to help ease the stress and fatigue from everyday life as well as promoting wellness, including the whole body, mind and spirit.
My goal is to guide you in your own practice to gain greater inner awareness helping you to find inner peace and empower your resources of strength, stability & resilience .
I try to adapt classes to the participants in attendance, everyone is welcome.
